Delete your account & data

You can delete your PartySpot account and its associated data at any time.

In the app (recommended)

1. Open PartySpot and sign in.
2. Go to Settings → Account.
3. Tap “Delete account” and confirm with your password.

Without app access

Email us from your account’s email address at info@partyspot.app with the subject “Delete account”. We’ll process your request and confirm the deletion.

What happens to your data

• Your account is deactivated and marked for deletion. For 12 months support can restore it on your request; after that it is permanently deleted.
• Deleted data includes: email address, display name/alias, your parties, uploaded photos, videos and comments, push token and app settings.
• Exception: purchase/receipt records for in-app purchases are kept only for as long as tax and commercial-law retention periods legally require.
